Shipping Rates Table

We try to keep it as simple as possible when it comes to shipping, each order will have a shipping and handling charge automatically applied which is a flat rate depending on the weight of the item/s and your location.

For your convenience shipping rates which are automatically calculated by your items weight to offer the lowest possible price although you may select a different service if available at checkout. We can also arrange a courier service for an individual fee, please contact us to arrange a quote.

Gift Vouchers automatically qualify for combined Free Shipping, this is reflected in your shopping cart during check out.

Please note shipping is based on weight therefore some postage options may become unavailable especially if the order total is of high value.

United Kingdom - £1.95 Standard Class Mail OR £2.95 Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery .

We also offer Special Delivery £6.35 which is Royal Mails priority service, once we have processed and confirmed despatch your item will arrive the next working day but excludes Saturday delivery.

E.U - Europe -  £3.50 Standard Airmail Royal Mail/EMS/Hong Kong Post OR £8.95 Royal Mail International Signed For/UPS/DHL Economy or *Royal Mail Airsure

Rest Of World - £4.50 Standard Airmail OR £9.95 Royal Mail International Signed For/UPS/DHL Economy or *Royal Mail Airsure

*Airsure is a priorty Air mail service and is only available in selected countries.

United Kingdom

Orders are generally processed within 48 hours, dispatch and delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 days after receipt of payment within the UK. Please allow upto 15 days for your delivery to arrive, if you a have chosen a factory direct product this will be sent seperately to any other items and you must allow upto 30 days.

For standard delivery within the UK your item will be sent at our discretion, depending on the contents, using 1st/2nd class post or a 2nd class recorded service which will require a signature.

However, we reserve the right to change the service at any point to another courier or shipping company depending on the product ordered. Companies we also use include but are not limited to DHL/UPS and EMS.

EU Countries/Rest of World

Items are shipped worldwide usually via Royal Mail and will normally take between 7 - 14 days to arrive, please allow plenty of time depending on your location, certain items require a signature unless you have selected Standard Airmail.

EU and Rest Of World items are posted using our Royal Mail Standard Airmail Service or if chosen Airsure (where available) or a International Signed for service.

However, sometimes we may use a different courier or service such as UPS/DHL/EMS or Hong Kong Post which will be used if it means you would recevie you item faster, this also is depending on your location.

We will keep you upto date with the progress of your order at all times.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed and included in the price, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
