Q: Are your watches water resistant?
A: If the watch is water restistant it will say in the description, our watches are made up from delicate electronic circuit boards and would not react well to water damage.
We do not advise immersing any watch in water unless its specifically made to fit the purspose. Many watches are marked as resistant which does not generally indicate the point at which a watch's resistance to pressure is expected to fail. For example, a watch rated 30 Meters would not be expected to survive Scuba Diving to 30 Meters, but would be expected to survive light splashing, for example wearing in the shower.
Q: Do your watches come in gift box and what is your gift wrapping service?
A: 90% of our watches do come in a gift presentation box, if the watch does not come with a box or tin it will specifically say in the description. See data sheets to see if a box is included, if not we can always supply one at a small charge.
When you are ready to order you can select Gift Wrapping for a small fee which basically means we will send the items to your chosen address/person, we wrap the item up for you, add bows and anything else to make it look pretty and attach your message if you wish to add one before packing and posting.
Q: How do I set my watch when I get it?
A: Before we send your item we personally test it for functionality and usually set the watch to the correct time for you, we include instructions for each an every watch and are always on hand to help if the instructions are confusing but generally once you have set you watch and learned how it works you will find it very simple in the future.
Q: The item I want says it is out of stock and Pre-Order, Shipped within 7 days, what does this mean ?
A: Stock changes weekly and sometimes we need to replenish it or it becomes unavailable, this takes around 3 working days but it can take upto 2 weeks. We usually acquire new stock every week. Basically, it simply means you can place an order as normal and it will be placed on our back orders list, therefore, we will know you want the item and will process it the same way as an instock item. The only difference is the delivery time scale, you should allow several extra days before dispatch.
Q: Are your watches guaranteed?
A: All our LED watches have a 2 month warranty, all speciality watches have a 12 month warranty - to ensure this process runs smoothly you must request a returns merchandise authorization code from your account when returning items. See RMA and Returns.
The warranty does not extend to batteries or free repair / replacement in cases where damage to products has been caused by accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear.
Q. Does the display stay on all the time?
A. Unless it is an LCD Digital watch then no, all LED watches display the time on demand i.e by pressing the button. Basically due to large consumption of battery power all LED watches will be in a static state unless activated this also preserves battery life. Some watches do have an auto display setting which will allow the watch to display the time periodically.
