Returns Policy & How To Return

Please also see the video we have regarding distance selling regulations so you know your rights as a customer, we abide by these rules and are happy to discuss any problems you have with your purchase at any time.

We offer a 14 Days Return Policy.  This means any item/items bought from us can be returned within 14 Days of purchase. 

*Please note that returned item/items must be unworn, still have all packaging, tags attached and returned as new.

Under the United Kingdom's Long Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Led-Watches.co.uk, for a full refund within 14 days.

To return an item you must follow the procedure as explained below and request an Returns Merchandise Authorisation:

1. Log into your Account page on the Website.

2. On the My Account homepage, click History and details of your orders to view your orders.

3. In the row of the order that contains the merchandise you want to return, click details.

4. In the order details, mark the checkbox of the item you want to return

5. In the Quantity box, type how many of the items you want to return.

6. In the Merchandise return box, type the reason for the RMA.

7. Click Make an RMA slip.

Once you have done this we can authorise the return and you will be able to print out a returns slip which you need to attach to your parcel.

If you prefer you may also contact us instead with your order number, details and problem and once we have authorised the return, our return address can be found on your invoice which will be saved in your account.

Cancelling an Order before Dispatch To Return:

To cancel your order please contact us immediately at sales@ledwatches.co.uk with your order reference number in the title. If, however your order has already been posted, you will need to return the order to us. We recommend you send any item back to us via recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery as you are responsible for the goods until returned to ourself. All items must be returned unworn, with all packaging and tags still attached.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please note:

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact sales@led-watches.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact sales@led-watches.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
